We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and scale Fides across EMEA, Japan, and the US.
Fides helps legal and corporate teams manage company information, ownership structures, and governance workflows—from board meetings and resolutions to documents and signatures. We make complex legal work easier to navigate, with AI creating new opportunities to simplify everyday tasks.
Now part of LegalOn, a global legal technology company, Fides retains a dedicated product and engineering team. We combine the ownership and fast decision-making of a focused startup team with the reach and resources of an international organization.
You will work closely with the Head of Product, engineering, and colleagues across the business to understand customer problems, set priorities, and turn ideas into useful, well-designed features.
We welcome both experienced product managers and lawyers with relevant domain expertise who want to move into product management. What matters is your ability to understand complex problems, make sound decisions, and work with a team to deliver solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own product initiatives from discovery to launch: speak with customers, explore problems, define solutions, and follow through on delivery and adoption.
Turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences: translate legal and business needs into clear requirements, working closely with engineering to make thoughtful trade-offs.
Help shape our roadmap: contribute to product strategy and prioritization alongside the Head of Product, balancing customer value, business impact, and development effort.
Explore practical applications of AI: identify where AI can improve legal work, test ideas, and help evaluate the usefulness and reliability of solutions.
Collaborate across the business: work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on customer insights, positioning, launches, and product adoption.
Learn from results: use customer feedback and product data to assess whether improvements solve the intended problem and decide what comes next.
Improve how we work: help develop product practices that support a growing international business while keeping the team pragmatic and adaptable.
